Once again, United Airlines has demonstrated its toxic culture when it recently forced a mom to hold her toddler for an entire flight.

Never mind that the mom had purchased a seat for the toddler. Never mind that the toddler was already sitting in the purchased seat. Never mind that United’s own policy required the toddler be in a purchased seat. None of that matters because United, in spite of its claims to treat passengers with compassion (or something like that), actually treats its passengers like cattle.
