So, what can Wallace teach you? The short answer is nothing! Wallace demonstrated that last Sunday when he talked with Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
He said that the House sent a bill to reopen six departments of the government (they sent a separate bill to fund the Department of Homeland Security, but it did not include border wall funding), and he didn’t understand why the White House rejected it. He asked why not open the departments of government that have nothing to do with homeland security? That demonstrates clearly, he doesn’t understand the process of negotiations.
